The Festival beams live into your home with our first ONLINE event.

Worcester Writers’ Circle from 7PM ONLINE/ZOOM Event

This event is organised by WWC, the Zoom link will appear on our Facebook page an hour beforehand.

You can write a 1000 word story on the theme of ‘Midsummer Frenzy’ and join in – or just come and watch.

A lovely, relaxed event hosted by Rod Griffiths (Chair of WWC). We were joined by readers from all over the UK, the stories and poems shared were uplifting, fantastical, humorous and inventive.

Thank you to all members who participated and the wonderful audience who enjoyed a plethora of tales of Midsummer Frenzy.

Don’t miss our last ONLINE Festival event!

The Night of the Laureates 7:15 PM for 7:30 start ONLINE/Zoom Event

This event is organised by our former WPL, Ade Couper, the Zoom link will appear on our Facebook page an hour beforehand.

A group of Poets Laureate discussing projects, plans and poetry. Some brilliant questions and honest answers. Ade Couper brought together former Poets Laureate: Suz Winspear, Nina Lewis, Leena Batchelor and Staffordshire Poet Laureate Emily Galvin (2017-19) along with our brand NEW WPL, Rhianna Levi, to talk all things poetry.
A touching, amusing and open conversation. A delight of an evening.

Poetry is in safe hands, with lots to look forward to!
